A seasoned professional with extensive expertise in risk management and insurance broking. Across more than two decades he has orchestrated and managed high-profile corporate accounts, excelling in both leadership and strategic roles.
From 2005 to 2018 he oversaw three vital regions — East Coast, Sarawak and Southern — during his tenure with Etiqa Insurance and Takaful Berhad, integrating retail and corporate strategies. Through dynamic sales approaches and a focus on targeted growth areas, he transformed those regions from cost centres into profit centres and strengthened Etiqa’s market presence across them.
From 2018 to 2024 he advanced to Head of Non-Motor Business in General Takaful Agency, entrusted with the profitability of the agency’s non-motor portfolio across all regions. He is known for his analytical ability, strategic insight and a strong record of building client trust.
